Who is gathering your information? Blooming Label is collecting personal data when you purchase a product.

The information we gather: When you complete a contact form, we collect the following information:

● Full name ● Email address ● Location ● Payment method.

What do we do with the information we gather, and why? We use this information to understand your needs and provide you with products you may be interested in. We may, at some point in the future, also use this information to distribute a newsletter.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Cookie statement

On the website (hereafter: the 'Website') of Blooming Label, cookies are used. A cookie is a simple small file that is sent along with pages from the Website and Flash applications included therein and stored by your browser on your hard drive from your computer. The information stored therein can be transferred back to our servers. In this cookie statement, Blooming Label explains which cookies are placed and with what purpose.

Use of permanent cookies

With the help of permanent cookies Blooming Label can recognize you as a new visitor on the Blooming Label website. The website will be specially adjusted to your preferences. This means that you do not have to repeat your preferences, which saves time and makes it easier for you to use the website. Permanent cookies can be removed via the settings of your browser.

The information that these networks collect can be transferred to the United States and stored on servers there. The companies behind these networks, from which information is transferred to the United States, adhere to the Safe Harbor principles and are affiliated to the Safe Harbor program of the US Department of Commerce.

Tracking & profile cookies

Blooming Label. also uses so-called tracking cookies to build up a profile about you using the ‘Bluekai’-tool.

Google Analytics

Via the Website a cookie is placed from the company Google as part of the "Google Analytics" service. Blooming Label. uses this service to track and obtain reports on how visitors use the Website. Google may provide this information to third parties if they are legally obliged to do so, or if third parties process the information on behalf of Google. Blooming Label does not have any control over this. If there is no agreement to place cookies, the IP addresses will be sent anonymously to Google Analytics. The Google Analytics data is stored on Google's servers for a period of 26 months. After this period, this data will be automatically deleted by Google.

The following privacy-enhancing measures have been taken in the design of Google Analytics:
• Google Analytics may only process your IP address anonymously, without your consent to our cookie notification.
• The 'Data sharing' options of Google Analytics have been disabled.
• A processor agreement has been concluded.

The information is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google maintains the Safe Harbor principles and is affiliated with the Safe Harbor program of the US Department of Commerce.

Removing tracking cookies posted by third parties

Some tracking cookies are placed by third parties that, among other things, show advertisements to you via the Blooming Label site. These cookies can be removed centrally via Your Online Choices so that they are not returned to a third-party website.

Right to inspect and correct or delete your data

You have the right to request access to and correction or deletion of your data. See the contact page of Blooming Label. To prevent misuse Blooming Label will ask you to adequately identify yourself. When it comes to access to personal data linked to a cookie, you must send a copy of the cookie in question. You can find this info in the settings of your browser. Usually you can delete cookies via the settings of your browser. Other / unforeseen cookies

Because of the way in which the internet and websites work, it may be that we do not always have all information about the cookies that third parties place via our website. This is especially the case if our web pages contain so-called embedded elements; these are texts, documents, pictures or films that are stored with another party, but which are shown on, in or via our website.
